Sometimes you need to unwind, slow down, relax and really feel your body. Life can be hectic and stressful and this may leave its traces in your body, making it sore, stiff and tense. There are many ways of dealing with this: let it be running, meditating or receiving a massage. For the latter, I am available!
The massage that I offer is a combination of deep tissue, energy work and relaxation massage. This is meant for those who want to work on themselves by finding peace and relaxation in their body, yet do not wish to go very deep into underlying trauma at the moment. If that is your intention, I propose you take a look at de-armouring or myofascial energetic release.
