T R O U B L E

The place where light and dark touch is where miracles arise. This middle place is called mandorla.

The question is: how do we get there?

Any experience that we have through our senses – sound, light and touch – is a vibration. And a vibration has two aspects. On or off. Black or white. Positive or negative. Life is a system of ‘now you see it’ & ‘now you don’t’.

And allthough the two sides are different, they are at the same time one. We forget that black and white are inseparable and we get scared. And when we get scared, we have to play the game that black might win. And then we are compelled to play the game that white nééds  to win.

And from there on starts all the trouble.

When there are two sides, there is polarity. And when it is us against them, we lose the sense of togetherness, of unity, of humanity. We become polarized.

/Polarize/
verb

1. physics
restrict the vibrations of (a transverse wave, especially light) wholly or partially to one direction.

“some of the light is polarized so that it vibrates in only one plane”

2.
divide or cause to divide into two sharply contrasting groups or sets of opinions or beliefs.

When we stand opposite of each other, blaming ‘the others’ for the hardship in the world, like disease, discomfort or hate – we are acting out of fear. What if we would turn around and act more from the heart, from a place of compassion and understanding?

My heart bleeds when I look at our world today. I see a lot of beauty and love, but also a lot, a lot of ravishing, destruction and division. Why are we backstabbing each other and constantly pointing fingers? Can you really hold me accountable for your life, and your death? I am not so sure, unless I am the one pulling the trigger. And believe me, I won’t.

It is time for me to speak up about what matters – to me. To be honest, I am scared of the turn we are taking as a collective. I am scared we’re losing it – our sanity, our sense of freedom, our humanity. I feel like we’re hiding. Hiding behind masks, our screens, our government, our silence. I can’t stay silent, and I won’t stay silent.

I trust in love and I believe in good endings. It seems farfetched sometimes, but I am on it. This life matters to me. Your heart matters to me. Soul connections matter to me. Standing in my truth matters. I am on a mission and I need you! Do you see what I see? Do you feel what I feel?

Let us unite in the light of the dark – let’s create miracles!
